Save Chat (user's end)
An option that allows all users to save the chat they had with an operator. If the user clicks on the save chat button, it would request the user to enter an email address where they would like the chat transcript emailed to them.

Chat Departments
This feature allows you to divide your operators into various departments you create. For example, you can create a billing, support, and sales department within the company panel of Chattist. You'll then simply add an operator to a particular department. By default no departments are listed. Please note, if someone from a particular department, for example the billing department is not available, and someone in the sales department is online, the sales department operator can accept the call and try to handle or resolve the issue with the user.

Typing Status Display
Option that allows the Operator to see when the user is actually typing a message.
