Chat Departments
This feature allows you to divide your operators into various
departments you create. For example, you can create a billing,
support, and sales department within the company panel of Chattist.
You'll then simply add an operator to a particular department. By
default no departments are listed. Please note, if someone from a
particular department, for example the billing department is not
available, and someone in the sales department is online, the sales
department operator can accept the call and try to handle or resolve
